1. Through the inlet valve, water automatically enters a water storage tank, and then is pumped through a water pump to a diversion pipe, which evenly flows the water to the evaporator cooled by low-temperature liquid refrigerant.
2. The water is cooled to the freezing point, and the water that has cooled to the freezing point will solidify into ice, while the water that has not been frozen by the evaporator flows back into the storage tank and starts circulating again through the water pump.
When the ice reaches the required thickness, it enters a de icing state, and the high-pressure hot gas discharged from the compressor is directed to the evaporator through a directional valve to replace the low-temperature liquid refrigerant.
4. In this way, a water film is formed between the ice block and the evaporator, which detaches the ice block from the evaporator. The ice block freely falls into the ice storage tank below under the action of gravity.
