An ice maker is a refrigeration mechanical device that cools water through an evaporator and generates ice from the refrigerant of the refrigeration system. 1. Particle ice machine: It is called particle ice because the ice it produces is in a granular shape. The body type of small and medium-sized particle ice in the market has good resistance to melting. Suitable for mixing, decorating, and preserving food with ice, most of which are edible ice.
2. Ice maker: Most of them are industrial ice makers. The ice produced is in the form of thin sheets. Ice sheets can be made from fresh water or salt water. Ice flakes are thin, dry, and loose white ice with a thickness of 10 to 15 millimeters. The surface shape of the product is irregular, with a diameter of approximately 12 to 45 millimeters. Ice sheets have no sharp edges and corners, and will not puncture frozen objects. It can enter the gap between the cooled objects, reduce heat exchange, maintain the temperature of the ice, and have a good moisturizing effect. Sheet ice has excellent cooling effect and the characteristics of large and fast cooling capacity, so it is mainly used in various large-scale refrigeration facilities, food quick freezing, concrete cooling, and so on.
3. Plate ice maker: Generally, it is an industrial ice maker. The ice produced is in the form of blocks. The board ice is irregular, hard, transparent, and dry. The thickness and width of the board ice can be freely adjusted according to the purpose.
4. Tube ice machine: named after the irregular length of the hollow tube shape of the ice blocks it produces. It has cylindrical hollow tube shaped ice with an inner hole of 5m~15mm and a length of 25mm~60m. There are various sizes to choose from, and the outer diameters of the ice are: 22, 29, 32, 35mm, etc. The name of the ice block produced is tube ice. Due to the small contact area of the existing ice types in the market, tube ice has good resistance to melting. Suitable for mixing, decorating, and preserving food with ice, most of which are edible ice.
